For Cash on Delivery orders in the UAE
- Cash on Delivery orders are only applicable in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Al Ain is not included.
- Cash on Delivery fees of AED 10 apply to orders under AED 1000.
- Cash on Delivery is not applicable for orders AED 1000 and above.
ID Requirement Upon Delivery
To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, Babyland may request, during delivering process, that you provide us a copy/picture of your valid ID to verify your identity.
If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
Return Policy
If you reside in the UAE are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the time of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
