How can I change my email, home address or password?
Changing your details could not be easier, log into your Babyland account. When clicking on My Details or Shipping addresses you will be given the option to update your account details and then press Save.
Why is my order/item missing?

Why is my order incomplete?
Could you have chosen Partial Shipping at the checkout? If so we’ve sent you the items that were available first and then we will send you the remaining items in a second delivery. If you have not chosen this option please contact the customer care team for advice on +9716-5339778 or contact us
What do I do if my item is damaged?
Here at Babyland, our team takes special care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please fill in the Returns Form by following the link below and your case will be processed at the earliest possible.

Had your heart set on a specific item and it’s out of stock? Not to worry, you can contact our Customer Service team who will try their hardest to find an alternative item for you or give you an approximate time of when the item will be back in stock. +9716-5339778 or contact us
Why do we display products that are out of stock online?
We’re sorry if the item you want is out of stock. We continue to show out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details or so that you can buy it at a later date when the item is back in stock. You may also select to be contacted when the item comes back in to stock.
Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
Shipped means your order has now left the Babyland Warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS confirming dispatch.
Delivered means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.
Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
Our returns procedure is simple and easy if the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please click here to fill out our return form.
Kindly send back the item to BabyLand Al Qasmia street, Industrial area 4 ,Sharjah UAE. If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a charge of 23 AED will be applied. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on item returns.

Electronic items where the original seal is broken
Items that are not in original condition and packaging (For example, it came in a sealed box or plastic packaging and this was removed, broken or torn)
Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer
Santa delivery orders are not eligible for return and refund unless damaged

How do I use my Gift Certificate?
Using your Gift Certificate couldn’t be easier. You should have received a Gift Certificate code which you enter in the correct field on the Shopping Cart page. The Gift Certificate amount will automatically be deducted from your total bill.

If you want to check and see what lovely items you’ve bought in the past all you have to do is Sign In to your Babyland account. Once signed in you will be able to see your purchase history by clicking on My Orders.
Diapers and wipes cannot be returned. Return conditions for other items are stated on their respective product pages.
Subscribe and Save orders must be paid with a debit or credit card.
Note that you will only be charged before each shipment.
Cash on Delivery is not applicable for Subscribe & Save.
To make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on the same day or before you receive your dispatch notification. Be sure to provide your Order ID, and our team will guide you through the update process.
